I produce contemporary pieces of Maxime Old Modern Art Furniture.
I am not a Decorator, a profession I know quite well as it was my father’s. Within a global Interior Architecture project the Maxime Old Concept Company produces exceptional pieces contributing to the expected result defined by the prime contractor. This is done out of respect of each one’s part and of the project constraints.
Do not hesitate to contact me directly here. Every work my father created may be updated and many unpublished variations exist. I own his complete set of sketches and I know his views. It would be amazing that I don’t find what will make you happy! I absolutely wish to keep up his exceptional customer relationship.
I selected some pieces on which I first work. This furniture was designed in the sixties when Maxime was at the height of his fame. The ocean liner France, where he decorates the most prestigious space, the first class main lounge, symbolizes it.
The “Paquebot France Collection (TM)” thus called as it includes most of the furniture of the Fontainebleau Lounge and other pieces mainly inspired by the cruise-liner.
Meanwhile I bring back unproduced projects valued by Maxime. These pieces are grouped in the “Maxime Old Unpublished Collection.
If you want more information about Maxime Old, his work, his career, we suggest “Maxime Old Reference Site” or a shorter article in French within Wikipédia.
We are grateful to the Yves Gastou Gallery for allowing us to use their pictures of our contemporary pieces of Maxime Old Modern Art Furniture.
